Supper clubs and intimate pop- ups hosted to celebrate wholesome, home cooked food, sourcing the best ingredients available. The idea is to create an open and thoughtful space in which guests will feast on lovingly prepared, seasonal foods. Across the few courses, we will share our knowledge of menu – from the ingredients and their origins to their benefits. The highlight of these evenings, tends to be great conversations around the dinner table ….with guests often leaving with a new friend and an occasional goodie bag.

Aperol, Prosecco, Sparkling Spring Water Spritz
The perfect seasonal April aperitivo with herbs, zesty orange, and rhubarb flavours.
STARTER
Parippu Vada (split chickpeas fritter) served with Radicchio and a fermented Tomato Chutney
MAIN COURSE
Appam (fermented rice & coconut pancake) served with Chicken/ Spring Vegetable Stew
Majjiga Pulusu (Fresh coconut and yogurt Kadhi/curry) with Okra
Pickled Radishes
DESSERT
Cardamon Creme Brülée, Roasted Rosewater Rhubarb & Candied Fennel Seeds
This menu is a celebration of spring and some of its best produce
The First supper club of the year will begin a with a fresh seasonal spring menu creating a few recipes from southern India.
These nourishing recipes, a few from from my mum’s archives are wholesome , delicious with the addition of gut healing foods served with every course .
I am looking forward to hosting again and seeing you at this small gathering.
