A qualified Natural chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I’ve been a creative and enthusiastic home cook for years, my cooking style is strongly influenced by my traditional Indian roots, years of travel and living in a culturally diverse city like London.

My mother was my biggest inspiration in the kitchen - which truly was the heart of our home. I grew up in a predominantly vegetarian environment and my mother was an incredible cook. I have some wonderful childhood memories, watching and observing my mum work her magic, using fresh seasonal produce and combining them with fragrant spices to create the most nourishing and delicious meals for family and friends.

With a huge passion and love for cooking , my main focus is on the quality of food that I create, its source and provenance.

As a Natural Chef, my intention is to create and prepare delicious meals that focus on nutritional value. Creating minimally processed, seasonal and sustainable foods are my core values.

Above all I love creating and curating recipes that are nourishing for both the body and soul.
